The link to download Quadvin Vehicle History Report and Invoice are sent to the Visitor immediately after payment to the e-mail address entered by the Visitor in the order form. The link allows to download the Report and invoice for a period of 30 days. If Visitor purchases a Vehicle History Report without registering on the Website, his order data will not be collected, thus Quadvin recommends that the Vehicle History Report received by Visitor would be stored on his computer, printed, or otherwise stored to prevent data loss. We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase. If the Visitor does not receive the Vehicle History Report, he can contact info@quadvin.com and provide payment confirmation - bank statement, Vehicle details: VIN number, Model name and e-mail address to which Quadvin can send the Vehicle History Report or refund the money based on visitor's choice.
